Government claimed the land and works are in progress right next door (including middle of the night).

That's the reason why they opened a new place called "Sim's Cosy Garden Hotel", the location and the house are not as great as Sim's Cosy Guesthouse was, but it is still run by Sim et Maki which means a lot in terms of service, atmosphere....and all the ingredients which made Sim's Cosy Guesthouse so well-known among the backpacker's community and further...
